Hungry Angry Lonely Tired
The wisest teachings I’ve ever heard dictates that if you are emotional or unreasonable and you are feeling any of these, then MAYBE you could ease up on yourself a wee bit.
A little self awareness isn’t a bad thing.
Stop and eat if you’re hungry. Rest if you’re tired. Take a time out if you’re angry… The general consensus is that we will so seldom admit to loneliness that HALT could be referred to as HAT.
