Everyone is special and oh so worldly wise. I often stare and wonder in the shadows of their eyes.

Everyone is special except for me and you. But they is them and we are not, we do what we must do.

Everyone is special and though it don’t seem fair. We just thank the heavens we’re allowed to breathe their air.

Everyone is special, I guess until they’re not. We dance the dance and live and love and smile at what we got.

I have never felt so satisfied as when I was in Drake Bay Costa Rica.

I have swam in the Mediterranean in France and Italy and did see Rome.

The Indian Ocean in Bali was never a dream however that too was realized.

It’s Nova Scotia and particularly Cape Breton that I long for now… However I just don’t like leaving home in Toronto.Dennis Mantin

The expansion at the mansion was a toilet bowl at best.

The plumbers plumbed and the drillers drilled and made an awful mess.

The flooding is just a memory and the cursing filled the air.

And the gutters are not working and are waiting for repair.

Not really.

Just quit a job and I feel nothing except exhaustion.

A new road is on the horizon.

I have little doubt judging by the opening paragraph that his genius will spill out here into whatever it is I am doing here.

She leaves and I am powerless.

Every year I go through the same ordeal and this is the blessing because I have her in my life.

I fear I won’t see her again because I am not there to protect her… for I am the great i am!

I am determined to let go of these fears for they serve no purpose other than to fuel worry and I have control over so very little.

I pray and attempt faith for her safe return.
