Today; got mad at nothing.

My voice it made that clear.

Sometimes you have to search it out…

But it always ends at fear.

Its a thing like pain at failure.

When that thing don’t go my way.

I have such big expectations.

How they arrived is hard to say.

The bus stopped on Queen street…

Someone yelled in pain.

The consumers stood and stared until,

The bus it rolled again.

I dreamt I got all I wanted.

It didn’t seem so bad.

Words fell from the shadows.

Then tears fell from the sad.

Had conversations with old friends.

I hadn’t seen them for awhile.

No one ran off screaming.

They seemed at ease in comforts smile.

I awake now to a new month.

September cool yet warm.

I got everything I wanted.

Any port will do now in the storm.

Summer vacation is all over.

Change is in the air.

Just to walk in fields of clover.

Or a cold yet distant stare.

Could be worse, I won’t dwell on that…

Dropped the dresser on my big toe. Now I know the meaning of pain…

It’s been a while since I’ve had that nail. They say it will grow again.

I say, “That they don’t know.”

Just based on their bad grammar.

In between I read something less gracious…

I wrote back, ‘Thank you.’

I don’t know yet what she read in between the thank and the you.

I believe I might have trust ‘issues.’

The Expense is gold and mined.

Often, little else makes sense.

The Expense not paid in kind.

It is not that I regard you as a fool… No. I don’t understand you.

I could pretend I do; but really what would be the use?

I wonder if you understand you; steeped in resentments and ignorance.

I choose to be human but I am far from a humanist.

I could pretend that I am not disgusted by this Greed and Stupidity, but really, it is precisely this, that I wish to be separated from.

The thunder rolled on night sky.

The lighting cleared the air.

We just layed there sleeping.
