His bosses not so much. They are being unreasonable and difficult and that is life. John has written a letter of complaint on my behalf to his bosses and although I have little in the way of favorable expectations: Johns efforts are appreciated.

I can’t say I’m going to miss the bank I’ve used for 50 years… but change is now inevitable.
