Not A Fit For Humanity

I said somewhat under my breath…

“Sometimes I think I’m not a fit for humanity. “

The kid laughed.

I’ve come to learn that she’s at that age where she hears everything…

I’ve recovered. It took all of a week. There were casualties. Lê Tai Nhien has left me just when my 7 weeks vacation begins. I will miss her but really this too shall pass. She is lovely. However, I just can not tolerate  the bullshit that accompanies human intimacy, which is why I am such a fit at work. They pay me extremely well, and I understand what the task is. Easy.

I know now that I will be alone. I don’t think I’m alone in this…

The water is clean and the air is fresh and cool. Things are looking up.
