The old joke goes…

How many psychiatrists does it take to

 change a lightbulb? None. The lightbulb has to want to change. 

After an exhaustive 7 years  study, I have arrived at acceptance. I have labelled without permission and have learned patience and tolerance. 

I am humbled.
